Joanna Lambert

Joanna Lambert serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Olo, a prominent on-demand commerce platform for the restaurant industry, since July 2023. At PayPal, Joanna spearheaded initiatives for financial inclusion as Vice President of Consumer Financial Services and led product development for consumer products including Venmo. Joanna's extensive background also includes senior leadership positions at American Express, focusing on product innovation and corporate strategy, as well as experience in communications and public affairs roles in various organizations. Joanna Lambert earned a Bachelor of Business in Communications from Queensland University of Technology between 1992 and 1994.
