Brendan Titmarsh

Brendan Titmarsh, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Commercial and Strategy at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, since January 2021, and previously held the position of General Manager Commercial. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Ampcontrol as Head of Strategy, M&A, and Marketing from August 2013 to December 2020, as well as a tenure in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs from July 2007 to July 2013. Brendan began a legal career as a Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons from January 2006 to July 2007, focusing on Corporate Advisory. Brendan's earlier experience includes service as a Lieutenant and Troop Commander in the Australian Army Reserve from November 2000 to December 2005, with graduation from the Army Reserve Officer course via Duntroon. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Newcastle, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
