Brent Woodall

Brent Woodall has extensive experience in accounting and tax management, currently serving as the Manager of Indirect Tax and Fixed Assets at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing sales and use tax for multiple companies and implementing the Vertex O Series. Prior roles include Senior Development Accountant at Tacala, LLC, and Indirect Tax Manager at Vulcan Materials Company, where Brent managed numerous state and local tax audits and oversaw the filing of substantial tax returns. Previous experience also includes serving as Accounting Manager at Altec and Fixed Asset Supervisor at HealthSouth, where Brent supervised lease accounting practices for significant capital and operating leases. Brent began the accounting career at Drummond Company, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Troy University.
