Dylan Wilson

Dylan Wilson is an experienced professional in quality assurance and project management, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company since July 2017. Responsibilities include interpreting customer requirements, auditing quality systems, and revising procedures for compliance. Previously, Dylan held positions as Project Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, leading engineering projects and implementing lean six sigma methodologies to enhance processes. Dylan's early career includes roles as a Sales Associate at GNC, Lead Coach at Paducah Gymnastics Academy, and Head Lifeguard at Venture River Water Park. Dylan holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, complemented by an Associate of Science from West Kentucky Community and Technical College.
