Jim Cavanaugh

Jim Cavanaugh is an experienced professional with a robust background in warehouse management, customer service, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Director of Warehouse, Customer Service, & Planning at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, since June 2017, Jim also held the role of Director - GCC. Prior to this position, Jim worked at EMD (Electro-Motive Diesel) from April 2008 to June 2017, where roles included Southeast Regional Manager, Modification Project Manager, and Customer Service Supervisor. Earlier in Jim's career, an analyst position was held at Accenture from April 2005 to April 2008. Jim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Benedictine University between 1997 and 2001.
