Leena Joshi

Leena Joshi currently serves as General Manager of Sales & Business Development at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company, a position held since January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Dy. GM of Business Development for Railways in India and CIS countries at KALPATARU POWER TRANSMISSION LIMITED from April 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included developing customer-focused growth strategies and integrating new technologies. Leena Joshi also held the role of Head of Sales and Marketing at e2E Rail from April 2010 to March 2017, and worked in Sales & Marketing at McML Group from May 2002 to April 2010. Leena Joshi holds an MBA from Manipal School of Commerce and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Kuvempu University.
