Neha Singh

Neha Singh serves as the Manager of HR Operations at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company, since June 2010, where responsibilities include Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Management, HR MIS, PMS, and Health Safety. Prior to this role, Neha worked as a Human Resources Advisor at EMD (Electro-Motive Diesel) for a brief period in late 2021 to early 2022 and held the position of Branch Head at NIFA from July 2008 to June 2010. Neha Singh earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and also completed an undergraduate degree at Lucknow University from 2007 to 2009.
