Alicia Maerki, PMP®, currently serves as the National Programs Manager at Progress Residential®, where responsibilities include the conception, launch, and management of national programs, as well as oversight of a vendor network servicing 40,000 properties annually, resulting in significant cost savings. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Management and Marketing Consultant, Large-Scale Project Manager at Agam Group, Director of Special Projects at Filter, and Director of Events at MirMir, where Alicia executed a substantial number of events and marketing initiatives. Additional experience involves leadership positions in event production and talent management, showcasing a diverse background across various industries. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management specializing in Project Management from DeVry University and an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
