Annette Carbonaro

Annette (Tripp) Carbonaro, PMP, SMC, Change Practitioner, currently serves as a Senior Change and Project Manager at Progress Residential®, focusing on managing the people, process, and technology aspects of projects to enhance the rental home experience. Previously, Annette held the role of Project Manager III at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional project teams for customer service initiatives. Annette's extensive experience at Intel Corporation involved various positions, including IT Program Manager for Transition Change Management, where Annette executed change management plans for reporting platforms, and Senior Project | Platform Analyst, managing deliverables and driving organizational learning for over 100 teams. Annette holds an Associate's Degree in Management and an Associate in Applied Science in Marketing from Mesa Community College, as well as additional education from Canyon State Institute.
