Brent Heffron has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brent started their career at the University of Phoenix in 2004, where they held several roles such as Academic Advisor, Executive Enrollment Counselor, and Enrollment Manager. During their time there, they demonstrated exceptional training and leadership skills, consistently exceeding projections and expectations. In 2016, they joined Bridgecrest as a Collections Manager and later became a Senior Collections Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and developing collections teams. Most recently, Brent has been working at Progress Residential as a Director of Collections and Senior Director of Collections & Evictions.
Brent Heffron received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from Western International University from 2014-2016. Brent also holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from Northern Arizona University, which they earned from 2001-2005.
