Christen Lucido is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Progress Residential®, where responsibilities include leading a team on data science projects, building predictive models, and guiding team members in their professional development. Previously, Christen held the position of Lead Data Scientist, creating models that drove significant cost savings and automating tasks using SQL and Python. With a strong background at Southeast Toyota Finance, Christen advanced from a Risk Modeling Analyst to a Senior Machine Learning Scientist, developing and deploying machine learning models and managing intern training. Academic experience includes teaching statistics as a Graduate Teaching Associate at the University of Central Florida, complemented by a Master of Science in Statistical Computing and dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and International Business.
