Corey Wilson serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Progress Residential® since August 2020, where responsibilities include leading acquisition strategy and execution. Prior to this, Corey held multiple roles at Home Yield from June 2019 to August 2020, starting as an Acquisitions Analyst and advancing to roles such as Manager and Associate of Acquisitions, focusing on sourcing and underwriting properties for various rental strategies and assisting in the development of pitch decks that contributed to significant venture capital funding for the startup Lessen. Earlier experience includes involvement in retail and hospitality investment sales and sale-leaseback structuring at Retail Investment Group from July 2018 to June 2019. Corey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
