Diane Decocq

Diane DeCocq currently serves as the National Director of Strategy and Operations at Progress Residential® since June 2022, after holding the position of Senior National Manager in Security Operations. Prior experience includes a role in Strategy and Operations at Tiber Capital Group from January to June 2022, and a Program Manager for Field Renovations at Zillow from July 2019 to January 2022. Diane founded Haven Home & Property Inspections, serving as Lead Home Inspector from March 2018 until December 2021. Additional roles include Field Operations at Opendoor (July 2018 - July 2019), Human Resources Manager at Bass Pro Shops (December 2010 - December 2016), District Manager at Spirit Halloween (August 2009 - November 2010), and General Manager at Ultimate Electronics (August 2005 - August 2009), where Diane also held the position of Sales Manager earlier in the company from January 2000 to January 2005.
