Joseph Gabbanelli is an experienced real estate professional with a comprehensive background in leasing, client relations, and property management. Currently serving as a Leasing Specialist at Progress Residential® since April 2022, Joseph facilitates home leasing for prospective residents and coordinates with various teams to ensure accurate home readiness. Previous roles include Solutions Expert at Offerpad, where Joseph enhanced client experiences, and REO Asset Manager at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, overseeing the liquidation of investor-owned properties. Joseph has also held positions in real estate sales and management, as well as account management in the technology sector. Joseph holds multiple licenses in real estate and HVAC, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston.
