Kathy Montoya

Kathy Montoya, PMP, has extensive experience in finance systems and project management, currently serving as Director of Finance Systems/AR at Progress Residential® since October 2016, with prior roles as Sr Yardi Integration Specialist. Before this, Kathy held positions at JDR Consulting LLC as Sr Development Manager and Project Manager, leading Yardi implementations and managing report requirements. Additionally, Kathy worked as a Business System Analyst at Colony American Homes, focusing on the implementation of various Yardi system modules. An earlier role as Associate Director at New Mexico State University involved overseeing Sponsored Projects Accounting System Administration and Accounts Receivable Departments, emphasizing team leadership and policy development. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Computer Systems from The University of New Mexico, obtained between 1983 and 1991.
