Kevin Arco

Kevin Arco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kevin is currently working as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure at Progress Residential®. Prior to this, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona as the Manager of Telecommunication and Network Services.

Kevin also served as the Director of Technology at Alliance Residential Company, where they developed and implemented a long-term enterprise technology and security plan for the nationwide property management and construction company. Kevin was responsible for designing and implementing a corporate-wide Meraki infrastructure, creating a 3-year technology roadmap, and moving server-based applications to a cloud environment.

Before Alliance Residential Company, Kevin held the position of Director of Engineering at Extreme Integration, where they oversaw engineering operations. Kevin also served as the Director of IT Operations at Citynet, where they strengthened the network design and monitoring for a medical facility across multiple states and implemented a remote support help desk.

In addition, Kevin worked as the Systems Engineering Director/Network Engineer at Databox Solutions, where they managed IT operations, including LAN/WAN, telecommunications, and disaster recovery. Kevin also worked as the Manager of Network Operations Center at Limelight Networks, managing a team of support technicians and implementing new escalation and support procedures.

Kevin's early experience includes working as a Network Operations Center Manager/Network Engineer at AT&T Global Services and as a Network Engineer at ENTEX Information Services, Inc., where they provided network engineering and server infrastructure support to various companies in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
