Nicholas Langer

Nicholas Langer has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Workforce Management at Progress Residential® since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Workforce Management at Ciox Health from November 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they served as the US&C COE WFM Manager at Uber from July 2018 to November 2019. Nicholas also worked at Xchange Leasing, an Uber company, as part of the Workforce Management team in 2017. Nicholas has a strong background in forecasting and analysis, as evidenced by their positions at American Express from 2010 to 2017, where they held roles such as Lead Forecasting Analyst and Voice of Customer Analyst. Nicholas started their career at Stream Global Services as a Program Manager in 2001.

Nicholas Langer obtained a Business FasTrack Certification from Scottsdale Community College in 2005, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Six Sigma.
