Rama Baaj

Rama Baaj has over 10 years of work experience in various roles and industries. They currently work at Progress Residential as a Senior Director, Customer Advocacy and Enablement, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rama held positions at Total Care Services, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager and Metrics Manager. They also worked at EBED COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT, INC. as the Director of Residential Services, and at Arizonas Children Association as a Senior Program Supervisor and Intensive Case Manager. Rama began their career at TRELLIS SERVICES LLC as an Instructor.

Rama Baaj has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the American University of Beirut. Rama also holds a Master's degree in General Psychology from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths from Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago.
