Rich began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service representative and worked their way up to various management positions at GoDaddy. During their time at GoDaddy, they focused on improving the customer experience and driving employee engagement. Rich played a key role in implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and build high-performing teams. In 2023, they joined Progress Residential as the Senior Director of Customer Service.
