Victor P.

Victor P. currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Progress Residential®, a position held since October 2019. Previous experience includes serving as the Senior HR Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors from October 2017 to September 2019, where Victor led HR functions encompassing employee investigations, performance management, and engagement programs. Prior to that, Victor was a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot from January 2015 to October 2017, supporting a team of ten stores and over 1,000 associates. Victor's HR career began at Walgreens, where from January 1992 to February 2015, responsibilities included developing talent strategies and providing comprehensive HR support. Academically, Victor holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Purdue Global, and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Modesto Junior College.
