Waqar Younus has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Waqar began their career as a Junior Accountant at Groupon, where they worked from September 2015 to March 2018. Following this, they took on the role of an Accounts Payable Associate at the same company and stayed there until October 2019. After that, they joined Oracle as a Senior Project Accountant in October 2019 and worked until February 2022. Waqar then moved to Consero Global, where they served as a Technology Executive L3 from February 2022 until June 2023. Currently, they are the Accounting Team Lead at Progress Residential® from June 2023.
Waqar Younus holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Government First Grade College RAICHUR. Waqar also possesses a High School Diploma from Christ the King School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Sage Intacct Certified Accounting Specialist and Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant from Sage Intacct, Inc. Waqar also holds certifications in Bill and Expensify.
