Dan McKenzie

Dan McKenzie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and engineering. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Junco Partners since June 2018, McKenzie oversees the operation of various small to medium-sized businesses and commercial properties. Previously, from July 2021 to January 2024, McKenzie held the position of President at Progress Solar Solutions, specializing in mobile solar light tower and off-grid power generation. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Project Management at Westinghouse Electric Company, leading major projects in nuclear construction, and serving as Mechanical Systems Engineering Manager at AREVA NP Inc, where oversight of a team focused on engineering for commercial nuclear plants was essential. McKenzie also holds military experience as an Armor Officer with the Nevada Army National Guard and worked as a Mechanical Engineer/Structural Analyst at the Bechtel Yucca Mountain Project. McKenzie earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University School of Business.
