Daphne Winckels

Daphne Winckels is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel EMEA at Progress Software since 2008, Daphne has developed a strong expertise in legal matters across the European region. Prior to this role, Daphne worked as Legal Counsel Benelux at Unit 4 Agresso from 2006 to 2008 and gained valuable experience as a Lawyer at ARAG Rechtsbijstand from 2005 to 2006. Earlier in the career, Daphne was an Attorney at law at AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen from 2001 to 2004. Daphne holds a master’s degree in Civil and Company Law from Leiden University, obtained in 2000.
