Elina Racholova

Elina Racholova is a seasoned UX Designer and Senior Principal at Progress Telerik, where since January 2011, responsibilities have included product design, user interface design, design systems, user research, analytics, and creating wireframes and interactive prototypes for complex enterprise applications and large-scale websites, alongside lecturing on Interaction Design at Telerik Academy. Prior to this role, Elina served as a Web Architect at ICYGEN from March 2007 to January 2011, focusing on business analysis and usability. Earlier experience includes positions as a Content Manager at BlueLink from May 2003 to March 2007 and as an Editor at Eurocom from November 2000 to April 2003. Elina holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
