Elitsa Popova

Elitsa Popova is a Scrum Master at Progress since November 2023, previously serving in the same role at DXC Technology from November 2018 to December 2023, where Elitsa focused on coaching scrum teams in a scaled environment using the LeSS framework. Prior experience includes roles as a Bid Manager and Bid Management Expert, where responsibilities encompassed project management, bid proposal preparation, and stakeholder communication within the public procurement sector at companies such as Sodexo and CNsys PLC. Early career experience includes serving as a Researcher and Projects Expert at the Assistance Center for Torture Survivors and multiple positions as a Sales Assistant at Taxco Sterling Co., Inc. Elitsa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and European Public Law from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
