Jeff Strauss

Jeff Strauss is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Jeff currently works at Progress as the Global Lead DevRel and Community, Chef and Infra, where they are responsible for developing initiatives to engage and support the Progress Chef community and expand the infrastructure automation business unit. Prior to this, they were the Director of Community and Developer Relations at Headspring - Part of Accenture, where they built a practice focused on developer and technology community engagement. Before that, they worked at World Wide Technology as a Cloud Solution Architect and Chief Digital Advisor Group, providing cloud enablement and digital transformation services to key clients. Jeff also has experience as a Senior Software Consultant at Asynchrony Labs, Co-Owner / Software Consultant at Arana Software, Vice President at ArchitectNow, and an Attorney at the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Strauss. Jeff began their career as a Web Application Developer at VIVID SITES and a Software Consultant at TDK Technologies, working on projects for MasterCard. Jeff has a strong background in technology, consulting, community building, and legal services.

Jeff Strauss received their J.D. in Law from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attained a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University from 1997 to 2001. Jeff attended Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS) from 1984 to 1997 for their K-12 education.
