Jim Cashman

Jim Cashman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jim started their career at Jay M. Silverston and Associates, Inc. as an MIS Manager, where they managed the IT function and participated in energy analysis projects. Jim then worked at Shooshanian Engineering as a Project Engineer, focusing on large mechanical engineering projects and creating construction documents. Jim later joined Tufts Medical Center as a Programmer, developing and supporting database systems for medical research. Jim then returned to Shooshanian Engineering as an IT Manager, where they improved productivity through the implementation of CAD technology. Jim had a significant career at Solidworks, serving as the IT Director and later as the Director of Integration, Licensing, and ESD. In these roles, they led various initiatives and touched all aspects of the business. Jim also had successful stints as a Consultant/Founder at InSpec3D, an Independent Contractor as a Developer, and as a Principal Product Manager at Ipswitch and Progress. Jim's expertise lies in IT management, product management, and software development.

Jim Cashman holds an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management. Jim also obtained a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
