Mark Hoffmann

Mark Hoffmann has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mark is currently employed as a Principal Product Manager at Progress since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at KEMP Technologies from October 2015 to November 2021, where they held the position of Technical Product Manager / Product Owner. Before that, from April 2013 to August 2015, they worked at Fortinet as a Project, QA, and Documentation Manager. Mark also has experience working at Coyote Point Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager and Senior Technical Writer from January 2007 to August 2015. Mark began their career at The SCO Group, Inc. in June 1993, where they served as a Senior Technical Writer and Doc Project Planner until December 2006. Prior to that, they worked at Jensen-Jones Inc. as a Senior Technical Writer and Doc Project Planner from January 1992 to May 1993. Mark also gained valuable experience at UNIX System Laboratories from February 1986 to January 1992, where they held the roles of Senior Technical Writer, Doc Project Planner, and System Engineer.

Mark Hoffmann holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz. Mark also pursued Journalism courses at Fordham University. In 2019, Mark obtained a Six Sigma: Green Belt certification from LinkedIn.
