Sergei Sokolov

Sergei Sokolov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical leadership across several companies in the software and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Progress since April 2018, Sergei leads the Sitefinity product team to enhance digital experience solutions. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Altisource, where Sergei spearheaded the development of a SaaS marketplace platform, and VP of Product Management at SmartBear Software, overseeing a significant product portfolio. Past experiences also include managerial positions at Parasoft, Sequence Design, and Alternative System Concepts, focusing on product development, technical direction, and revenue generation. Sergei holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BS in General and Applied Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
