Siana Radnev

Siana Radnev has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as a Freelance Interpreter at Language Empire. In the same year, they joined OnProcess Technology as an Asset Recovery Relationship Manager for Cisco Systems Inc. In 2018, they became a Subject Matter Expert and later a Supervisor of Operations for Cisco Systems Inc. At the beginning of 2021, they took on the role of Senior Supervisor of Operations at OnProcess Technology. In 2022, they joined The Stars Group as a CRM Promotions Operations Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Progress, where they have held roles as a Senior Sales Ops Analyst, a Senior Global Sales Operations member, and is currently serving as the Global Sales Operations Principal.

Siana Radnev attended the University of Bath and studied Modern Languages and European Studies until 2017. Prior to that, Siana pursued Sound Engineering and Production at Birmingham City University until 2015. In addition to their educational background, Siana holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Black Belt and Green Belt certification from 6sigmastudy, as well as a Cambridge English: Advanced - C2 certificate from the British Council. They also have a Supply Chain Academy Certificate from OnProcess Technology.
