Susan Koutalakis

Susan Koutalakis is an experienced marketing and public relations professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Global Marketing Programs Manager, Senior at Progress since November 2012, Susan has held various roles including Global Customer Communications Manager and North America Field Marketing Manager. Previous experience includes positions at Mzinga as Senior Public Relations Manager, at Tequila's Bar and Grill as a Bartender, and at Racepoint Group as Senior Account Executive. Additional roles in marketing and public relations were held at Topaz Partners, Steffian Bradley Architects, and Weber Shandwick. Susan's foundational experience includes an early position at IntelliSense Corporation and a Public Affairs Internship at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Public Relations from Suffolk University.
