Susan Woodbury has over three decades of experience in customer order management and mortgage loan underwriting. Currently, Susan serves as the Director of Customer Order Management at Progress since January 1997, previously holding the position of Sr. Manager in the same department. Prior to that, Susan worked at Boston Federal Savings Bank from March 1989 to January 1997 as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont between 1984 and 1988.
