YuFan Stephanie Wang

Prior to joining Progress, Stephanie was with W. P. Carey Inc., a public real estate investment trust. There, she most recently held the role of Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Legal Officer and helped to develop an active capital markets program that issued over $2B of debt and equity annually. She further guided over $8.6B in mergers while with the company. Stephanie previously practiced in the corporate departments of Proskauer Rose LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP.

Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate Law Degree from Cardozo School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
