Roni Rachmani

Roni Rachmani's work experience starts in 2007 when they joined CBV Collection Services Ltd. as an Admin and Research employee. They worked there until 2014. In 2014, Roni Rachmani joined Progressa as a Customer Relations Manager. Their responsibilities included providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with payment programs and solutions. From 2017 to 2020, Roni Rachmani served as a Senior Quality Assurance Auditor at Progressa, where they investigated loan applications and accounts to identify process deficiencies and errors. They also compiled best practices documents to improve work efficiency and loan review quality. Currently, Roni Rachmani is the Manager, QA Audit at Progressa.

Roni Rachmani holds a Certificate in General Insurance from The Insurance Institute. Roni also obtained a Certificate in Television for Journalists from The College of Management Academic Studies. In addition, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Roni Rachmani also holds a Certificate in English Studies from The Open University.
