Vanessa Charles, CSM®

Vanessa Charles, CSM®, has a diverse work experience in project coordination and scrum mastering roles. Vanessa started their career at Research Now SSI in 2017, where they worked as a Project Coordinator for a year. In 2018, they joined RONA as a Scrum Master and held the position until 2019. Currently, Vanessa is a Scrum Master at Progressa, where they have been working since 2019.

Vanessa Charles, CSM®, completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Family and Community Social Services at the University of Guelph from 2015 to 2018. In January 2022, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master® certification from Scrum Alliance.
