Dr. Roque Diaz, PhD, is an equity-driven executive leader with over 20 years of experience in arts, education, and nonprofit strategy. They currently serve as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Progressing Forward, LLC, and as the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the MacPhail Center for Music, where they champion inclusive practices and strategic initiatives. Dr. Diaz earned their PhD in Arts & Culture, Higher Education, and Nonprofit at the University of Minnesota between 2016 and 2021.
