Kathryn Eagleson

Kathryn Eagleson is an experienced Strategic Programme Manager currently employed at Progressive Building Society since October 2021. Kathryn has held several key roles in project and programme management, including a brief tenure as Programme Manager at Capita Technology Solutions and a progression from Senior Project Manager back to the same organization where Kathryn previously worked. Prior to this, significant experience was gained at Ulster Bank, where Kathryn served in multiple leadership positions, including Head of Data and Records Governance and Portfolio Investment Manager. Earlier career roles included Associate Director at KPMG Ireland and Advisory Manager at BDO Northern Ireland. Kathryn began an extensive career in accountancy with KPMG UK and Deloitte. Educationally, Kathryn holds a Joint Honours degree in French and Management from the University of St Andrews and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
