Prior to this role, Joan worked as a Promotional Mail Planner and Inventory Control specialist at The Franklin Mint from 1989 to 1999 and held various positions at Mars International Inc. from 1980 to 1989, including Production Planner and Electronic Component Purchaser. Joan's educational background includes an Associate's Degree obtained while attending Drexel University and Weinder University part-time from 1978 to 1982, as well as a degree in Radiologic Technology from Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Radiologic Technology (1976-1978). Joan's early education took place at St. Lawrence University (1974-1976) and Germantown Academy (1961-1974).
