Eric Kehoe

Eric Kehoe currently serves as a Project Manager and Senior Planner at Progressive Companies since October 2023. With extensive experience in real estate development, Eric previously held the position of Real Estate Development Manager at Michigan Community Capital from 2020 to 2023 and served as Executive Director for the City of Evart, Michigan from 2019 to 2020. In a leadership role at Preservation Detroit from 2017 to 2019, Eric was President, and prior to that was a Research and Policy Analyst at the Urban Studies Center from 2015 to 2017. Eric's career began in academia, serving as an Instructor at the University of Maine from 2013 to 2015, and also worked as a Development Coordinator with the Peace Corps from 2011 to 2012. Eric is a freelance writer since 2013 and holds a Master of Urban Planning from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Grand Valley State University.
