Rand Harder

Rand Harder is an experienced Senior Design Architect currently working at Progressive AE and also the Founder and Principal of Rand Design Studio. With a background in architecture from the University of Michigan and Lawrence Technological University, Rand has held various design roles at companies such as Dorsky Yue International, Reztark Design Studio, FRCH Design Worldwide, Hobbs + Black Architects, and JPRA Architects. Throughout their career, Rand has been involved in overseeing design projects, managing design teams, interacting with clients, and contributing to the development of studio strategies.
