Madison Curtin

Madison Curtin is an experienced instructional designer at Progressive Converting Inc. since November 2022, where Madison manages training projects and applies adult learning theories to create engaging courses. Previously, Madison served as a customer service representative, honing skills in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration. Madison's background in education includes roles as a math teacher in the Hortonville Area School District, where Madison developed and facilitated interactive learning experiences, transformed in-person training into e-learning formats, and customized instruction based on learner needs. Additional experience includes positions as a student teacher, substitute teacher, customer service staff at Progressive Converting Inc., and a behavioral therapist technician at the Fox Valley Autism Treatment Program. Madison holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and completed the Applied Instructional Design Academy in 2023.
