Catherine Wright

Catherine Wright has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims handling and customer service. Currently, as a Claims Specialist at Progressive Insurance since November 2016, Catherine is responsible for identifying and mitigating customer damage, investigating complex claims, authorizing payments, and communicating with various stakeholders, including attorneys and insurance companies. Prior to this role, Catherine served as a Claims Service Representative III at Amica Mutual Insurance and as a Payment Recovery PIP/Med Adjuster at GEICO, where responsibilities included managing high volume claims, negotiating settlements, and handling litigated cases. Catherine began the career at GEICO as a Claims Adjuster, focusing on accident claims and policy coverage investigations.
