Eric Paddock is an experienced IT Manager and Project Manager with a comprehensive background in operations and project management. Currently serving as IT Manager for the Platform Services Team at Progressive Insurance, Eric manages support for four platforms within the Commercial Lines Technology Group. Previous roles include IT Project Manager and Scrum Master for Precision Systems, where Eric was contracted to Progressive. As an instructor for Vets2PM, Eric mentored military members transitioning to project management, and during a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, Eric directed operations across multiple countries, managed air traffic control systems, and oversaw significant organizational assets. Eric holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Aeronautics from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Eric is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, and PSK.
