Will H. has extensive experience in IT project management, beginning with a role at the City of Cleveland from June 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing the implementation of Microsoft 365, overseeing a significant security camera infrastructure installation, and leading a server migration project. Prior to this, Will served as Application Development Project Manager at Enerco Group Inc, successfully introducing Agile methodologies and improving operational efficiencies. Will also held positions at R.S. Hanline & Company as a System Administration Intern and at Progressive Insurance, where roles progressed from IT Associate Project Manager to IT Associate Project Manager Lead. Will H. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems from Ashland University.
