Okinyi Tolo

Okinyi Tolo has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and sales industries. Okinyi most recently worked at Progressive Credit Limited as Assistant Sector Head & Senior Sales Team Leader, where they provided leadership to sales teams and implemented plans to expand the customer base. Prior to that, they were the Branch Manager at Platinum Credit Limited, where they achieved targets and established a high-performance culture. Okinyi also has experience in business development and marketing at Momentum Trust and Rafiki Microfinance Bank, as well as in business banking and sales at Kenya Commercial Bank. Additionally, Okinyi worked as a Sales Development Representative at Polyfibre (Uganda) Ltd, where they developed strategies to increase market share and executed marketing plans.

Okinyi Tolo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from Maseno University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Kampala International University, studying from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Tolo obtained a membership certification from the Marketing Society of Kenya in July 2014.
