Jessica Shivers

Jessica Shivers, MBA, is an experienced dental professional with a strong background in training and clinical success management. Currently serving as the Director of Training for Enterprise Accounts at Progressive Dental LLC since March 2025, Jessica previously held the position of National Clinical Success Manager at Zest Dental Solutions from June 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included team leadership and client relations. Jessica's career began as a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist at CATLIN DENTAL, P.A. and Pelican Landing Dental from March 2015 to June 2022. Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Supervision from Florida SouthWestern State College, along with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from the same institution.
