Dmitriy Kirzhner serves as the Strategic Account Director at Progressive Design, Inc. since January 2022. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Altria between January 2015 and January 2022, such as Senior Engineer, Senior Assistant Brand Manager for the Nat Sherman International Portfolio and Marlboro Digital Equity Platforms, and Business Unit Leader. Dmitriy also held positions as Engineer II, Engineer I, and Modeling and Simulation Engineer, participating in product development and engineering leadership development programs. Earlier, Dmitriy worked as a Teacher Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University, supporting instructional environments, and as an Undergraduate Researcher in aerosol science and medicine. Dmitriy began a career with the American Red Cross as Head Lifeguard, gaining supervisory skills and first aid experience. Dmitriy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned in 2016.
