Timothy Calhoun P.E. is an accomplished civil structural engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Civil Structural Department Manager at Progressive Design, Inc. since June 2020, Timothy has previously held the position of Principal Civil/Structural Engineer at Alliance Engineering Inc. from 2007 until June 2020. Timothy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University, completing studies between 1988 and 1993.
