James Dunlop

James Dunlop is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering, design, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Progressive Dynamics Inc since February 2024, James specializes in the design and production support of inverter and converter products. In addition, James provides expert witness services in reverse engineering at Dunlop & Ball Engineering. Previous roles include Senior Design Engineer and Senior Staff Quality Assurance Engineer at Stryker, and Entrepreneurial Engineer at Dunlop Research and Development LLC, where James focused on microelectronics. James's career began at Atmel as a Yield Engineer, and includes positions at Samtec Microelectronics, TAEUS International Corporation, and as an adjunct professor at Colorado Technical University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Fort Lewis College.
