Justin Sanford is a seasoned professional in the security industry, currently serving as a Field Training Officer at Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts since July 2019, focusing on individual and small group training as well as safety training for larger groups. Prior experience includes roles at Security Industry Specialists, where responsibilities encompassed safety training, decision-making guidance, stress management, and compliance with regulatory standards. Previous positions in the security sector include being a Field Training Officer and Security Officer at Valor Security Services, as well as a Shift Supervisor at Laser Assault. Additionally, Justin has a background in manufacturing, specifically as a Press Operator at US Synthetic, where expertise in lean manufacturing techniques was gained. Justin Sanford holds multiple degrees from Utah Valley University in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology and an Associate’s Degree in Christian Missions from Calvary Chapel Bible College Utah Valley.
